Summary
　 International financial firm looking for Investment Analyst to support Shanghai-based executives
Job Description
　 Deal Execution: Execute the deal process from preparing pitch book, conduct due diligence, build financial models, pro-forma merger analysis, DCF and COMPS valuation to constructing deal terms
　 Business Evaluation: Evaluate start-up companies’ business and marketing plans, calculate their financing needs through the use of financial modeling and identify potential investors or lenders;
　 Market Research:　Aggregate market news from solid financial sources, monitor financial market performance, conduct primary industry study and company research and target screening
Skill Requirement
　　Very strong capability with PowerPoint, must be able to produce work quality PPT
　　Outstanding Excel skills with basic financial modeling practice
　　Solid research skills leveraging internet tools, able to produce intelligence driven company search
　　Positive personality and excellent people skill a MUST
　　Good command of written and conversational English
　　Internship at financial institution preferred
Candidacy Requirement
　　Must be able to work at office in Wu Jiao Chang area (ideally full time)　
　　Present the best sample of self-preparedwork PPT as reference
　　Present financial model if any
　　Ideal candidate would have some previous internship/work experience and majoring in　and the following major in Finance and Law
