岗位职责
- To book, reschedule, monitor & cancel shipments
- To update extra costs in shipments Optimal Solutions
- To select optimal transport solutions Communication & Working with others
- To work in close cooperation with others in the Supply Chain (carriers/ BD’s etc) to solve operational issues & optimise the transport booking process
- To ensure shipments are in accordance with IKEA’s routines & working methods
- To optimise transport booking process & monitor the use of existing transport solutions Service follow-ups
- To correct wrong data updates in CNS
- To ensure base data is complete and events & reason codes are updated

6 month internship
above 3 days per week
working place: 128 Caoxi Road (close to Shanghai Indoor Stadium) 漕溪路128号
