岗位职责
Legal research on Chinese laws, regulations and policies, including telephone consultation with government authorities;
Translation of legal documents into English or Chinese;
Research on potential target companies and strategic partners;
Preparation of presentation materials;
Document filing and maintenance; and
General administrative support.
- Outstanding students from top law schools
- Fluent in written and spoken English
- Prior internship experience in MNCs or top law firms is preferred
- Familiar with office software operation
- Good communication skills
- Detail-oriented and well-organized
