公司总部在新加坡,致力于高端人才资源。工作地点在淮海中路,交通很方便,1号线10号线均可到达。

先说一下researcher intern主要做什么。主要是根据你的leader的要求打cold call找candidate。当然不是说他会给你一张list上面都是名字和电话。这是一个很有challenge的job,这里的leader人都很好,都会认真教你。做得好的话还会带你去面candidate或者见client。

男女不限,专业不限,聪明一些,有自信,英文好,六级或以上,虽然公司里有很多台湾人,但是办公用语都是英文。

实习有工资。公司时不时会有聚餐派对。外企的福利就不用我多说了吧。

这次要招的intern是有转正机会的,所以prefer大四或研二的**。


1.consumer banking(1人)基本上是和各种银行的对私业务的function打交道,有时候会用到英文。
2.finance function(1人)这个leader做的function比较高级,目前主要是信用、私募方面,要求这位intern英文非常好。

Job Responsibility:
1. Research and source for best-fit candidates through :
(a) cold calls
(b) directory/trade publication
(c) other networks
(d) current database
(e) telephone screening
2. Provide HR Consulting services including talent acquisition, talent management & development, career transition management, new business unit/plant startup, etc.
3. Manage accounts and ensure effective service delivery in order to generate positive results for client to return.
4. Conduct and prepare Position Profile Reports (PPR) for clients’ approval.
5. Source for best-fit candidates locally and regionally* through thorough interviews and reference checks.
6. Prepare Candidate Profile Report (CPR).
7. Conduct and lead in CPR presentation.
8. Provide professional consultation on employment markets.
9. Manage expectation of clients and candidates to close assignment successfully and expeditiously.
10. Develop and maintain a strong working relationship with clients, candidates and colleagues.
11. Collect AR within 30 days.
12. Follow up closely with clients to secure return assignments.
13. Embrace and immense into the energy of making positive differences to everyone that crosses your path and travel this path from inner-positiveness.
14. Practise and inculcate the 6 core values.
15. Collaborate strongly with other groups in achieving Total Groups’ objectives.
16. Any other administrative duties as assigned by your immediate Supervisor.
