POSITION PROFILE
Position Title
　　　　Corebanking Functional Business Analyst
Reporting to
　　　　Onsite functional team　member

Position Summary
　　　　 Responsibilities include:
　　　　Participating the business analysis team/s during requirements analysis and FIT and GAP study for implementation of ORACLE FLEXCUBE for banks
　　　　Participating in parameterisation and testing of the software by the customer (functional support).　
　　　　Participating in production support activities (functional support).　

Job Description
　　　　Summary of activities are as follows:
　　　　Business analysis, understanding the business and banking requirements of the customer, Conduct FIT and GAP analysis, identify GAPs in the requirements vis-à-vis ORACLE FLEXCUBE solutions, create solutions around the FLEXCUBE functionalities
　　　　Support in parameterisation and testing of the software by the customer.　
　　　　Production support activities.　
　　　　Documentation related to the business requirements, solutions and　functional specifications.　
　　　　Helping the team of onsite/offshore technical consultants to understand the business needs of the bank and　convert them　into solutions.
　　　　Helping the customers to understand FLEXCUBE solutions and features and translate them into workable solutions for the customer’s business needs.

Job Specification

Experience:　
　　　　Experience with banks and/or Core banking solutions providers in Chinese banking
　　　　Experience in business and operations of Chinese banks
　　　　Exposure to the requirements study and implementation of Core banking solutions in the banks will be an added advantage

Soft Skills:
　　　　Good communication skills
　　　　Capability to articulate requirements, analysis of requirements, breaking down the requirements into logical sub-sets and documentation
　　　　Fluency in English and Chinese Mandarin (read, write and speak)

Others:
　　　　Willingness to relocate to the work location of the ORACLE FLEXCUBE implementation projects in China.
　　　　Experience in working with any other foreign vendor or Core banking implementation projects in China will be an added advantage

Qualification　　　　　　　　　　　　　
　　　　Bachelors and Masters degree

Experience
　　　　3-6 years corebanking related experience.
