POSITION　Ⅰ:　SENIOR　CONSULTANT
Senior　consultant　mainly　takes　charge　of　the　role　as　a　project　team　member　and　responsibility　of　project　delivery.
Location:　Shanghai/Beijing
Responsibilities:　
-Help　ensure　quality　of　project　delivery　
-Take　part　in　new　process　structural　and　design
-Plan　new　program　Implementation　
-Assist　to　draft　project　proposals
-Assist　to　confirm　new　needs　of　existing　clients　
-Built　corporate　service　propaganda　network　for　relationship　development　to　look　for　new　clients
Quality　Delivery:
Basic　requirements:
-3+　year　above　advanced　professional　experience　in　management　consulting,　constant　or　consulting-related　positions　in　Four　accounting　firms
-At　least　one　following　industry-related　working　experience:　chemistry/petrochemical,　insurance/financial　service,　telecommunications,　pharmaceutical　&　life　Science
-A　track　record　of　success　in　a　functional　role　in　one　of　the　following　service　areas:　　Change　Management,　enterprise　project　management　-　EPM,　PMO,　PMI
-Good　communication　skills　both　in　mandarin　and　English(spoken　written　and　business)
-Full-time　graduates　with　bachelor　degree　or　above　from　well-known　universities,　MBA/EMBA　is　preferred
Additional　skills:
