岗位职责:
Support Zeiss China Communication & PR manager to provide operation support on execution of China Corp internal & external communication activities.
- Coordinate and draft news for the regular China e-Newsletter;
- Social Media Operation;
- Support to organize leadership Communication including all-hands meeting and roundtables;
- Support to coordinate VIP visitors;
- Support website development program;
- Provide office supports including translation, on-site support for possible Corp events, Corp magazine and brochure distribution, expense management and etc.
岗位要求:
-　University students (undergraduate or graduate), master degree prefered;
-　Major: Prefer marketing, Language, Journalism, PR or economic but not limited;
-　Good communication skills, strong ability to organize and lead;
-　Good language skill both in English and Chinese, news writing experience is preferred;
-　Familiar with Office application software, website building knowledge e.g. SharePoint or Lotus is a plus;
-　Good team player, self-motivated and detail-oriented.
