Business Development and Legal Matters Intern:

Job responsibilities:
1. Assisting line manager in reviewing and modifying legal contracts
2.Assisting in the business development matters and Merger &Acquisition cases
3.Assisting in other issues of the department

Requirements and qualifications:
1.University students or Master students, majoring in laws or relevant majors
2.Candidates passing the National Judicial Examination will be preferred
3.Accouting/CPA study experience will be a plus
4.Good Command of both written and oral English
5.Good communication and logical thinking

Finance Intern:

Job Responsibilities: Assisting the Finance Team in some daily hands-on works, like handling employee reimbursement, company regular payments, bank reconciliation and checking invoice, etc.
Requirements and qualifications:
1. University students in 3-year study, majoring in accounting, finance/economics-realated majors.
2. Skillful in using Micro Office, like Excel, word, PPT.
3、Good command of English writing and reading, fluent English speaking will be plus.
4、At least 3 working days attendance every week.
5. Candidates with relevant internship experience will be preferred.
