Job Description：
-　　　Help prepare, organize and coordinate on all related logistics for SVB/ SSVB Healthcare Conference event. This event is expected to attract 50 healthcare companies (of all stages) from overseas (primarily US) to better understand the China healthcare market; connect with local investors, strategies and potential business partners to explore China opportunity.
Specific tasks ：
-　　　　　track and compile RVSP list for guest speakers and attendees, research on the attending companies
-　　　　　help finalize event program
-　　　　　compile bios for overseas attendees and event guest speakers
-　　　　　help plan out logistics and execution on each panel session
-　　　　　work closely with Marketing team on preparing any related marketing materials for the event
