岗位职责
1. Review commercial contracts in English and in Chinese; 审阅中英文商务合同;
2. Identify and analyze legal and contractual risks; 指认和分析法律和合同风险；
3. Make review comments and revise the contracts if needed; 摘录纪要，有需要的话修改合同;
岗位要求
1. Committed and available to work at least 3 days a week; 至少每周保证三天的工作量；
2. Fluent in both oral and written English; 流利的英文口语和书面表达；
3. Outstanding academic credentials from a reputable school with a law degree will be a plus; 优先考虑优秀的法学院学生；
4. Proficient in MS office tools; 精通电脑操作，尤其是 office软件；
5. Team player and self-motivated; 有独立工作和团队合作的精神；
6. Good communication and interpersonal skills. 良好的沟通技巧。
7.College or graduate school student, major in law or equivalent
本科或以上学历，法学院或有相关工作经验的学生
8. Excellent written and oral English skills ( above CET6/ TEM-4)
出色的英语读写能力（要求CET-6或者专四及以上）
9.Take initiatives, team player, able to work under pressure
工作积极主动，有团队合作精神，能够在压力下完成工作
