岗位职责
• Maintains and processes master data requests accurately for customers, vendors, materials and finance.
• Ensures validity of data, makes connections between data request and real-life business application.
• Is able to interpret and provide documentation behind master-data changes to internal and external auditors.
• Ensures data quality and evaluates for redundancies. Is ultimately responsible for the quality of the data input into SAP system.
• Evaluates, communicates and corrects any inconsistencies on the initial input request from business partners.
• Collects data, prepares and distributes lists and reports.
• Responds to client change requests in a timely manner and meets or exceeds SLA requirements.
• Maintains communication with the user community and business stakeholders to ensure correctness and completeness of data contain in requests.
• Updates the records of customers, vendors, materials and finance.
• Is responsible for reducing data redundancy for customers/vendors and enhancing overall data quality based on input fromSenior Master Data Specialist.
• Ensures internal processes are followed correctly.
• Is responsible for training new MDM colleagues
岗位要求
• English speaking + writing
• Bachelor Degree
• Ability to work accurately
• Ability to identify key areas of opportunity for improvement within existing business processes
• Ability to interact and effectively communicate with all departments within the organization and partner companies
• Excellent analytical and organizational skills
• Excellent people skills
• Experience with vendor, customer, material and financial master data is preferred
• Strong background and experience (at least 2 years) with SAP and basic knowledge of networking platforms preferred
• Both internal and external industry knowledge strongly preferred.
