岗位职责
Respond for sourcing qualified candidates utilizing a variety of Job boards, professional networking sites, and other marketing/internet tools;
Utilize exceptionally innovative sourcing techniques and leverages technology to find active and passive candidates, cold calling, and establishing a network of talent and resources;
Timely review of applicants who have applied via the applicant tracking system;
Ensure all candidates are provided with timely updates concerning the status of their applications and interviews;
Continuously build talent pipeline to ensure there are multiple candidates in play at all times;
In charge of internal recruiting system maintenance and update;
External job board information update and maintenance.
岗位要求
A Bachelor’s Degree is required;
The internship experience in headhunter or in-house recruiting will be prefer;
Good communication skill, easy-going and strong logical thinking manner, and customer service 6 months internship term is required, and 3-4 days/week working day.

120元/天
