As a professional French company specializing in Motorsport Travel and Hospitality, Equator will hold a lot of events during the Motorsport season for its clients including Motorsport teams, sponsors and medias.　With 15 years’ experience in this field, Equator has established its high reputation and leading position. Equator Shanghai Office is now preparing for the WEC China 2015 and we will need the temporary staff with following criteria:

Event Coordinator

Job Description:
Help Equator Shanghai Office to coordinate the daily shuttle plan, verify the shuttle services and answer the requirements of the clients (teams, sponsors and medias) during the WEC week in China 2015.

Profile of candidate:
- very good spoken English
- very dynamic, responsible and hard working
- experience in international events preferred
- team work spirit and serious working mind
- strong execution ability
- smiling and helpful
- solution oriented and quick re acted
- knowledge in motor racing sports preferred
- junior and senior students preferred
- second language preferred (French, Italian, Spanish, Germany, Japanese, etc)

Working Time:
Approx. 25 Oct to 2 Nov, 2015 or even longer
