Main Responsibilities:
• Responsible for commercial IT applications maintenance, including trouble shooting, enhancement lifecycle management, stakeholder and support team coordination.
• Work as an IT project assistant, support on-going project execution and vendor management
• In charge of enterprise WeChat accounts management including access management, content publishing in terms of functional requirements.
• Provide GE IT tools supporting services and user training assistance
• Other IT operation related support work as assigned
Education, Qualifications & Skills:
• Senior students with Bachelor/above degree, especially majored in CS, MIS, Mathematics with excellent academic grades is highly preferred
• Internship can last for at least 6 months with 4-5 days/week preferred
• Previous IT Service, IT operation, or IT project management related internship in global company is preferred
• Good oral and written English language skills (CET-6 or above)
• Skillful in Excel, Powerpoint and other Microsoft Office applications
• Hard working, good sense of responsibility, self-motivated and good interpersonal skills.
